As always, Pochettino is very even-handed in his comments. Recognising how badly the team played but understanding that it’s still early in the season and there is still time to get things right.

If Harry remains injury-free this season, he will win the Golden Boot no worries.

Welcome to Tottenham, Gio Lo Celso!

Not only does Gio have a couple of fellow countrymen to bed him in, there are also a couple of ex-PSG colleagues (Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura) to provide Gio with that familiarity that will make settling in that much more easier!

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!

Poch is Spurs through and through. Listen to his passion for the club in this interview. I am sure Daniel Levy is fully aware that with the new infrastructure, the next step is for Tottenham Hotspur to be major contenders for honours. I am confident that Levy and Poch will work together for the good of the club.

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!

Lucas: “We’ll give everything to bounce back” | Tottenham Hotspur:

Lest we forget – “remembering that we’ve won nine out of our last 12 to sit third in the table.”

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!

As usual, Poch provides some perspective in his post-match analysis of the Chelsea penalty shoot-out defeat in the Carabao Cup Semi-Final 2nd leg.

Love his positive attitude, despite the massive disappointment. You could see his reaction when Fernando Llorente missed a gilt-edged chance to put Spurs in the lead on aggregate. He is hurting inside but is thinking of the fans, the players and the club he represents.

HE’S MAGIC YOU KNOW.

Mauricio Pochettino joins the ESPN FC desk:

Spurs manager Pochettino gives some insight into his preparation for the upcoming season. His thoughts on the lack of transfer activity is particularly intriguing. Especially, his confidence in the young players coming up from the academy. Interestingly, he highlights the possible breakthroughs of Josh Onomah and Kyle Walker-Peters.
